Mission Statement

Need Line, a community and church cooperative ministry, is a non-profit social service agency of Murray and Calloway County, Kentucky.  It exists to give assistance to persons in need.

Services Provided

• USDA Commodities

• Community Pantry Foods

• Commodity Supplemental Food Program - for persons 60 years or older and income eligible

• Back Pack Food Program

• Assist families in crises with Utilities, Rent, Life sustaining medication, Out of town medical transportation, Homelesseness, and Cleaning and hygiene items.

• Provide community, and nutritional information to clients

• Offer a monthly Money Management class

• Referrals as needed to other agencies in the community

• Volunteer opportunities

Annual Events

• Christmas in the Park - Food donations accepted

• Blankets in the winter

• Fans in the summer

• Easter Baskets for children a week before Easter
