Kick-Off Dinner

The Annual Kick-Off Dinner is held in late August at the Curris Center on the campus of Murray State University.  The dinner is a fun-filled event where each of the United Way Agencies recognizes their “Volunteer of the Year”.   The dinner is the Kick-Off for the United Way Annual Giving Campaign.  If you’d like to buy tickets for the United Way Banquet, give us a call or send us an e-mail.

Annual Giving Campaign 

The United Way of Murray Calloway County raises money on an annual basis to help various agencies in our community.   The Annual Giving Campaign begins with the Kick-Off Banquet at the end of August each year and runs through December.  In January we announce the final amount of money raised at our Celebration Breakfast.   Money is raised through individual giving, payroll deductions and business/corporate donations.
